Job Title: Public Relations Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team in the role of Public Relations Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building a career in PR and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Drafting Press Materials: Prepare high-quality press releases, listing notes, pitch notes, product notes, media FAQs, and other materials aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Media Engagement: Build and maintain media lists, send targeted invitations to journalists, bloggers, and influencers, conduct follow-ups, and engage in media rounds to secure placements.
  • Event Planning: Support event planning and execution, including developing checklists, managing logistics, assembling media kits, and preparing post-event reports.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce monthly reports, including cost-benefit analysis (CBA), daily news monitoring, work-in-progress (WIP) updates, and track the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Research Support: Conduct secondary research for press releases, business development pitches, concept notes, and quarterly or annual plans, providing valuable insights.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to client communication, send meeting minutes within 24 hours, and provide regular updates, reports, and work-in-progress status.
  • Media Opportunity Identification: Identify relevant media opportunities, including potential award platforms for client submissions, and track industry trends and key publications.
  • Content Preparation: Organize, assemble, and print media kits for client meetings and events to ensure all materials are prepared professionally.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist with daily PR activities to support the execution of PR plans, track deadlines, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards.
