Senior Food Systems Developer

Our team is passionate about developing innovative equipment that advances processing technologies. We need energetic individuals to conceptualize, design, and develop novel food equipment from prototyping to production scale.
The role involves product and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop novel food equipment from initial concept to bench scale to scale them to full production.
- Participate in product and process optimization initiatives.
- Develop material characterization equipment and quality control tools to support product development and maintain quality standards.
- Perform engineering calculations, CAD designs, simulations, and analysis to ensure the structural integrity and performance of mechanical components.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, Applied Mechanics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), Machine Design, Complex assembly design, and simulation.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA analysis tools.
- Proficient in GD&T, DFM, DFA, and understanding of manufacturing machines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
