Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Manager to oversee our customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide timely and effective support to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships and channel partners to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service management
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or automotive company
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
