Job Title: Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

  • Foster key client relationships through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to upsell/cross-sell services, resulting in increased revenue and account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate client goals into delivery plans, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections to maintain positive client experiences.
  • Maintain an active candidate network aligned to client demand, improving time-to-fill rates and overall recruitment efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing. They should possess a proven track record of revenue growth, excellent stakeholder management, contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure, and a working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles.
