Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Visual Designer to enhance customer satisfaction by improving the memorable impact, usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product.

  • Conduct user research and surveys to identify users' goals and create wireframes and interactive prototypes for the product or service.
  • Evaluate the interface to ensure it is well-organized and functions accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop User Interface (UI) and interaction design to ensure that all features a user sees and interacts with are easy to access, understand, and use on various devices.
  • Design user interactions that are pleasant and meaningful, ensuring users get the desired experience at every touchpoint.
Further Opportunities:
  • Develop product or service interactions that are easy to learn, provide users with clues on what to do during the journey, and correct errors early.
  • Visualize and develop creative and relevant visuals and animations for learning content.

Besides these responsibilities, our ideal candidate will help build a positive and consistent brand image and communicate the right information to users through the use of colors, fonts, images, illustrations, icons, and other graphics at all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills and be able to articulate and enunciate clearly, simply, legibly, and professionally. Expertise in Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc., is also required. Additionally, knowledge in multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and strong layout and typography skills for all mediums, including web, print, and video, are essential.
