Visual Design Specialist

As a key contributor to our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visuals that elevate the educational experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop impactful visual concepts for YouTube thumbnails, in-app banners, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Use storytelling techniques through infographics, illustrations, and layouts to enhance learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align visuals with brand goals and campaign objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest visual trends on YouTube, Instagram, and ed-tech platforms to ensure designs remain fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in visual or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and storytelling principles.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, apps) and how visuals impact engagement and retention.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory. Prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails is an advantage.
