What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with the founder and help shape design work that actually matters to business outcomes. Your work will span:

Website & Landing Design

  • Design homepages, landing pages, pricing pages, case studies, etc.
  • Use real UX thinking, storytelling, and trust signals in layouts
  • Deliver clean, responsive, dev-ready mockups in Figma
  • Use and evolve existing design systems

Marketing Assets

  • Design ads, carousels, banners, social posts, LinkedIn graphics
  • Craft pitch decks, event creatives, one-pagers, and thumbnails
  • Repurpose content into smart, branded assets
  • Maintain a consistent, conversion-first visual style

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in visual/marketing design or UI design
  • Strong command of Figma (auto-layout, components, typography)
  • Great visual eye – layout, hierarchy, contrast, balance
  • Understanding of how websites convert (hero blocks, CTA clarity, trust blocks, etc.)
  • Can switch between web UI and campaign design with ease
  • Organized, proactive, and async-friendly (Notion, Slack, Loom)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Motion graphics
  • Webflow or front-end curiosity
  • AI tools in your workflow (bonus points)
