About the Role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, requiring excellent communication skills and a warm welcome. They will also manage phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet visitors and clients professionally, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail.
  3. Provide administrative support by performing tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and preparing reports.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and meetings using our CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in administration work or receptionist activities.
  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A) or equivalent qualification in any specialization.
  • Proficiency in computer operating systems and basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle guest handling effectively.
