We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis and hands-on experience with leading EPM tools.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, and FCCS.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
- Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
- Hands-on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, including PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC.
- Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and Reconciliation.
- 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
- Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance.
- Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
- Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
- Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.
This is a full-time remote contract role. We offer flexibility to align with US business hours and availability during key milestone meetings.
