Key responsibilities include:
- Executing time-sensitive projects for GLG's clients by bringing in high-quality recruits from outside the network
- Assisting client-facing professionals on projects through high-quality verbal and written work
- Learning GLG's business processes and assisting senior team members with project execution
- Developing a fundamental understanding of the respective research practice
- Fulfilling research requests delegated by senior team members, analyzing client needs, and building primary populations of topical experts
An ideal candidate will have:
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence in making outbound cold calls and various outreach methods
- High motivation to exceed commercial targets
