Job Title: Structural Design Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions for various building types, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Analyze site conditions and environmental factors to determine optimal structural designs.
  • Design and specify materials, systems, and equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design, preferably with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
