As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global agreements.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes to streamline contract management and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related discrepancies and improve invoicing practices.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other teams to drive improvements in contract and invoicing workflows.
">Financial Oversight:
  • Validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards.
">Process Excellence & Automation:
  • Drive process improvements in contract and invoicing workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors.
  • Leverage technology such as CLM tools, ERP integrations, and Salesforce automation for visibility and scalability.
">Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor teams responsible for managing and maintaining contracts, ensuring high accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as contract turnaround time, invoice accuracy, dispute rate, compliance score, and user acceptance testing (UAT) effectiveness.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP)/finance platforms.

You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential to drive change and improve processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, preferably in a SaaS environment. You should be familiar with industry-standard contract management software and have knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
