Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to spearhead our litigation and contract management initiatives. As a Senior Manager Legal, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, protecting intellectual property rights, and navigating consumer cases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, lease deeds, and other contractual documents.
  • Identifying and addressing trade mark and IPR infringements through effective defense strategies.
  • Handling consumer complaints and representing the company in judicial forums.
  • Managing litigation and court procedures related to business operations.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a law degree from a recognized institution, with at least 10-15 years of experience in a similar field. Additionally, you must be willing to travel extensively across South India.
