Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Legal team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
- Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
