Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Administrator to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records.

This role offers a challenging opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Record day-to-day financial transactions, maintain general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, cash management reports, and process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Invoicing and Contract Management: Raise invoices to clients, maintain legal contracts and agreements, and assist with investor-related work.
  • Payroll and Expenses: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers, and collaborate with administration for employee travel requests.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file TDS and GST on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensuring all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
