Job Overview

  • This role is responsible for providing operational support to the site team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication with the site team and update daily progress through regular reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation of DSR, WSR & MSR and submission to the operation manager.
  • Track and record daily updates from the site team.
  • Raise concerns for any delay or improper working at the site.
  • Manage service contracts and ensure maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete tasks on time.
  • Keep track of spare parts and tools needed for service work.
  • Monitor equipment availability, system availability, and upgradation of equipment.
  • Record due overhauling and breakdown repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the service sector.
  • Knowledge of electromechanical equipment (HVAC, STP, WTP, Lift, Boiler, pumps, AHU, and other rotatory equipment).
