Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a dynamic performance marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our advertising campaigns across all marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze metrics to make data-driven decisions that improve ROI.
  • Develop and implement keyword strategies, bid methods, and targeting techniques.
  • Analyze key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC.
  • Utilize Amazon's advertising tools and reporting systems to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing team to allocate and optimize advertising budgets across multiple product lines.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align advertising goals with overall sales objectives.
  • Share insights and actionable recommendations with senior management and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams.
