Strategic Demand Planner

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Demand Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing and optimizing demand forecasts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying root causes for variances, and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus). A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field is required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems are essential.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role. Experience working with global teams and time zones is highly valued.
