About Our Customer Support Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing escalated customer queries and working closely with our garage partners to provide solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolving complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with garage partners to agree on solutions and monitoring complaint progress
- Aiming to resolve complaints quickly, meeting agreed service level agreements
- Identifying trends in complaints and collaborating with the Customer Service Team Lead to reduce repeat issues
- Supporting the Customer Service team in handling general customer inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in handling customer complaints via phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience working in a US, UK, Canadian, Australian, or European company
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to dealing with complaints in a timely manner

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 GMT (13:30 - 22:30 IST)
