Campaign Operations Associate Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of digital marketing and operations, contributing to large-scale campaign success.
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns using digital marketing tools across multiple platforms.
- Manage campaign setup, launch, and monitoring, ensuring service level agreements are met, and conducting quality assurance during launch.
- Ensure compliance with technical and creative guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for operational coordination.
- Validate campaign deliverables before execution.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and manage support tickets.
- Prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per standard operating procedures.
- Escalate content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution.
- Monitor compliance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and standards.
- Handle operational issues swiftly and accurately for resolution.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Excel, AdTech platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required.
- Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing preferred.
