Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Document Review Specialist to join our team.

This role involves reviewing and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies, errors, and missing information.

  • Review and ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes.

  • Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.

  • Assess documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies, errors, and missing information.

  • Verify that documents adhere to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Escalate any non-compliance issues to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of account creation, ensuring that all accounts are set up accurately and in compliance with industry policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Oversee the maintenance of shareholder accounts, ensuring that all account details are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Perform regular updates and changes to customer accounts, including personal information, contact details, account preferences, and service selections.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in account data, ensuring that all information is entered accurately into the account management systems and aligned with internal records.

  • Process purchase transactions accurately, ensuring that all purchase requests and related documentation are handled in compliance with industry internal policies and agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • 1-4 years of experience in document review or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
