Human Resource Leader

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies aligned with our vision of being a global leader in BPO and offshore staffing solutions. Your expertise will ensure the India site remains compliant, competitive, and an exceptional workplace for all employees.
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.
- You will oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes, implementing sourcing strategies aligned with global recruitment standards.
- Drive employee relations and engagement initiatives, developing recognition programs, cultural events, and wellness activities to boost retention and morale.
- Manage performance management and development, partnering with leadership to define career growth pathways for high-performing employees.
- Oversee HR operations and compliance, ensuring full compliance with Indian labor regulations and internal policies.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive end-to-end recruitment process, partner with department heads to attract top-tier talent, implement sourcing strategies aligned with global recruitment standards.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as first point of contact for employee relations, handle grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Performance Management & Development: Manage annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, integrate Office Beacon's performance scorecards and KPIs, partner with leadership to define career growth pathways.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits management, and maintenance of accurate HR records.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the BPO or offshore services industry.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
