Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the procurement process for all projects. Key responsibilities include:

1. Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs.
2. Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain operations to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure best possible prices and terms.

5. Procurement Data Analysis: Track and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously improve procurement processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

7. Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including vendors, project teams and senior management, to ensure seamless procurement process execution.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

9. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall procurement capability.

10. Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
