High-Level Role

  • Lead full-cycle engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live on Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
Business Process & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions by partnering with finance and operational stakeholders, leveraging deep understanding of corporate planning and budgeting processes.
Planning Model Design Expertise

  • Design and build comprehensive planning models, including:
  • Financial planning (expense & revenue forecasting)
  • Workforce planning (headcount, compensation, bonuses)
  • CAPEX planning (asset lifecycle & depreciation)
  • Project-level planning
  • Cash-flow forecasting
Platform Configuration & Extensibility

  • Configure Oracle Planning applications: metadata imports, forms and task-flow setup, security model design, and authorizing business rules (Groovy and native calculation scripts).
Systems Integration & Data Management

  • Integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud (and other source systems) to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
Automation & DevOps

  • Automate tasks, patching, and lifecycle management using EPM Automate (command-line scripting).
Broader EPM Ecosystem Knowledge

  • Support cross-product initiatives and future platform expansions with exposure to related Oracle EPM modules (PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS, Tax Reporting).
Professional Credentials

  • Hold Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS (desirable) and/or equivalent hands-on project experience on the Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service platform.
