Job Role: As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and fostering relationships with clients across various distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support.
- Establish new relationships with clients and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead prospecting and outreach efforts.
- Drive business growth by generating sales reports and achieving sales targets.
- Network and gather competitive intelligence to inform further analysis.
- Collaborate on annual revenue targets, provide management information system (MIS) reports, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Enhance business performance by deepening existing client relationships and expanding the market reach within assigned territories.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the Mutual Fund Industry.
- Graduate or MBA degree and NISM certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
