Leadership Opportunity in Healthcare M&A

We are seeking a seasoned investment banker to lead our board as Non-Executive Chairman, providing strategic oversight, capital raising, and acquisition approvals.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of senior leadership experience, a $1B+ M&A track record, and a strong network in healthcare private equity and corporate finance in India.

The role requires leading board meetings and M&A strategy committees, overseeing capital raising and investor relations, guiding deal structuring, due diligence, and approvals, ensuring governance compliance and risk management, and advising leadership on strategic and financial matters.

  • Lead the board as Non-Executive Chairman, providing strategic oversight, capital raising, and acquisition approvals.
  • Align investors, founders, and management for disciplined growth and long-term value creation.

The successful candidate will receive FREE FOUNDERS' EQUITY ownership up to 7%, based on involvement and contribution, equity in a cashflow-positive healthcare platform with audited financials and tangible assets, performance-based transaction completion bonuses, director fees, and honorariums introduced once cashflow positive.
