About the Role

Craft SCG's voice in India across internal and external communications. You will develop content, support campaigns and events, coordinate partners, and ensure messaging is consistent with regional guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content for announcements, thought leadership, case studies, and executive messaging.
  • Manage internal channels to drive employee engagement and foster a culture of open communication.
  • Support external communications—press materials, media coordination, campaign assets.
  • Partner with business leaders to spotlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
  • Track coverage and campaign KPIs; produce performance reports and learnings.
  • Align with regional branding standards; manage workflows and optimize processes.
  • Provide support on issues/crisis communications as directed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications/PR/Journalism or related field; portfolio or writing samples helpful.
  • Strong writing/editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics.
  • New graduates with excellent writing and initiative are welcome to apply.
