Job Title: Head of Corporate Communications

We are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Communications to lead our India operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that strengthens our brand presence in the country.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive external communication strategy aligned with global objectives
    • Manage media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships as the key spokesperson
    • Position us as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning
    • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale
    • Develop content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms
    • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution
    • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes
Requirements:
  • 15–20 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
