About the Role

This position involves leading RFP processes from concept development to proposal submission. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.

  • Develop Proposal Concepts: Research and analyze RFPs, collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements, and attend strategy meetings to determine project scope and timelines.
  • Craft High-Quality Proposals: Assemble project information, develop clear and concise executive summaries, and create professional presentations that effectively communicate the organization's credentials and capabilities.
  • Meet Proposal Deadlines: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with contributors to ensure timely completion and submission of proposals.
  • Manage Proposal Requirements: Gather and disseminate proposal status updates, facilitate review meetings, and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Gather and Organize Information: Identify reliable sources of information, collect and assemble relevant data, and communicate potential risks associated with proposals.
  • Develop Comprehensive Proposals: Create detailed proposals that incorporate project nature, objectives, outcomes, deliverables, implementation methods, timelines, staffing, performance standards, and evaluation criteria.
  • Edit and Refine Drafts: Review and revise written content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence in all proposal materials.
  • Prepare Presentations: Design engaging visual aids, select suitable graphics and binding materials, and evaluate text and images to present a cohesive and professional image.
