PPC/Growth Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC/Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.

Your primary focus will be on setting up and managing targeted campaigns, conducting keyword research, and creating effective ad copies. You will also be responsible for managing end-to-end shopping campaigns, including creating feed files and working with merchant center.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to work with data, and excellent communication skills. Experience in programmatic media buying and e-commerce setup is a plus, but not required.

As a growth marketing specialist, you will have a strong understanding of our product offerings and be able to develop a competitor profiling strategy accordingly. You will also be responsible for providing daily and weekly status updates as part of the team.

In addition, you will ensure that conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage targeted campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and create effective ad copies
  • Manage end-to-end shopping campaigns, including creating feed files and working with merchant center
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and competitor profiling strategy
  • Provide daily and weekly status updates as part of the team
  • Ensure conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (as per company minimum requirements)
  • 4+ years of PPC experience (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)
  • Experience in programmatic media buying would be an advantage (Not Required)
  • Experience working with E-Commerce setup would be preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and experience to work with data
