Job Overview

As a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving student acquisition and revenue growth for our fast-growing EdTech brand.

We are seeking an innovative professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms, leveraging their expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive campaign success
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel
  • Excellent copywriting and creative judgment skills
  • Good communication and project management abilities
