The International Card Acquisitions team leverages advanced application capture technologies to streamline and secure the credit card application process for customers worldwide. By integrating sophisticated data analytics and automated verification systems, we enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring a seamless user experience while meeting compliance standards.

Staff Software Engineer leads the design and implementation of scalable software solutions, provides technical mentorship, oversees platform integration and maintenance, conducts design reviews, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and optimizes development processes to ensure high-quality, reliable, and efficient software systems.

\Required Skills & Qualifications\
  • 12+ years of active engineering and/or architecture experience in a complex environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Full-stack architect having in-depth experience in mobile first web applications powered by ReactJS, NodeJS and Java.
  • Extensive experience in marketing technologies leveraging first and third-party data.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack.
