Job Opportunity:

  • Responsibility as a senior software architect for the integration of individual modules in our system (ServiceNow) in alignment with lead architect.

About the Role:

  • Designing the implementation of internal structures, workflows, and logic in coordination with the team.
  • Providing technical solution consulting for individual modules in alignment with lead architect.
  • Managing internal and external developers as part of developments and projects.
  • Carrying out software developments and developer tests.
  • Analyzing and solving malfunctions in second-level support.
  • Carrying out upgrades or changes to the productive solutions in an agile approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in computer science or a comparable degree along with more than 5 years of professional experience in a relevant environment.
  • More than 5 years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise/multiprovider environment, ideally in ITSM and Security Operations module.
  • Very good knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Very good experience in object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in dealing with relational databases (SQL).
  • Experience in Angular, C#, PowerShell is also desirable.
  • Ideally at least ITIL Foundation Level in Service Management.
  • Agile development methods and DevOps.
  • Very good written and spoken English language skills.
