Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Meta Ads & Google Ads for performance marketing campaigns.">
  • Development, execution, and optimization of end-to-end campaigns across various channels to maximize revenue.">
  • Innovation and proposal of new campaign ideas, sharing them with the team.">
  • Collaboration with design and content teams to craft best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for user acquisition, relevance, and customer preferences.">
  • Close work with team leads to develop and drive strategies, prioritizing initiatives to deliver maximum returns on performance marketing spends.">
  • Monitoring and measurement of campaign, ad-set, and ad-level performance, providing actionable insights.">
  • Tracking daily KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc., preparing performance reports.">
  • Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends, best practices, and adjust strategies accordingly.">
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activities, and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes.">

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in running Google and Facebook ads extensively.">
  • Management of marketing budgets exceeding 30 lakhs.">
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.">
  • Experience with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.">
