We are seeking a seasoned digital advertising professional to oversee Meta Ads campaigns for clients in the health and wellness, as well as local service sectors. This role involves planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, Launch, and Optimize Ad Campaigns: Develop comprehensive ad strategies, implement them on Facebook and Instagram, and continuously monitor their performance.
  • Conduct Audience Research and Analysis: Identify target audiences, create lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting efforts to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop Compelling Ad Copy and Collaborate with Designers: Create engaging ad content and work closely with designers to develop eye-catching creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Establish A/B Tests and Analyze Results: Set up A/B tests to evaluate the performance of different ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Monitor Key Metrics and Optimize Campaigns: Track crucial metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience in Running Successful Meta Ads Campaigns: Showcase a track record of delivering successful ad campaigns that drive tangible results.
  • Strong Understanding of Funnels, Targeting, and Budget Optimization: Demonstrate expertise in creating effective funnels, targeting the right audiences, and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Hands-on Experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager: Proficiency in using these tools to plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Make Decisions Based on Metrics: Use data analysis skills to inform decision-making and drive campaign optimization.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, or Local Service Niches: Having experience in these specific areas can be beneficial in developing targeted campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (Bonus): Familiarity with Google Ads can be an added advantage in managing cross-platform campaigns.
