Job Title: Performance Marketer

This role involves strategically managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses in the USA. Key responsibilities include developing and executing Google Performance Max and Meta Ads strategies, targeting local and regional SMBs, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Target local and regional SMBs across North America using data-driven insights.
  • Implement a test-and-scale approach to improve campaign performance, leveraging data analysis and optimization techniques.
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality metrics.
  • Ensure campaign performance meets or exceeds business objectives, taking ownership of results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency
