Job Title: Accounts Payable Shared Services Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Shared Services Coordinator. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payment disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Timely and accurately process invoices received from vendors and stakeholders.
- Patient Communication: Maintain positive relationships with vendors and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions.
- Compliance: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on AP metrics and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or a related field.
- Skillset: Proficiency in basic accounting functions, invoice processing, and vendor communication.
