Accounts Payable Senior Associate Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced senior accounts payable professional to join our shared services team in a dynamic and growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounts payable with expertise in processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents, resolving invoice discrepancies, reviewing and reconciling vendor statements, assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing and processing payment batches, maintaining vendor master data, and providing training and guidance to junior staff as needed.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess fluent English, 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, 2+ years of experience with SAP, a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
