Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Solution Designer

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Artificial Intelligence Solution Designer with a proven track record of creating innovative solutions that drive business value. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered applications.

  • Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-grade applications, leveraging your expertise in cloud-native technologies and event-driven systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, providing technical leadership and direction to ensure successful product deliveries.
  • Provide hands-on guidance in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) when required, ensuring seamless integration with Azure cloud technologies and related services.
  • Evaluate and integrate GenAI, RAG workflows, vector databases, and search solutions into enterprise systems, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting collaboration and technical growth through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices, driving excellence in software development.
  • Contribute to frontend discussions with working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and modern UI practices, enhancing the user experience.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in architecture roles, demonstrating expertise in cloud platforms (Azure mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI), as well as experience in microservices, event-driven patterns, REST APIs, and API governance.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and a strong communication and technical leadership background, with proven success in global organizations.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5) and problem-solving mindset, with ability to handle complex challenges.
  • Team-oriented with a mentoring attitude, able to foster collaboration and technical growth within the team.
