Job Title: Digital AI Architect

We are seeking a skilled Digital AI Architect to lead our team in designing and developing cloud-native digital applications.

  • Design and develop cloud-native digital applications using cutting-edge technologies in the insurance industry.
  • Build and implement AI solutions using advanced frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into business processes.
  • Develop expertise in Python, Langchain, Langgraph, OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, ADI, Azure Service Bus, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and other related technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and property casualty insurance domains.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in software development, architecture design, and AI implementation. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in architecture design and development of various applications using cloud-native digital technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in building AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of advanced AI frameworks and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in AI technologies like Python, Langchain, Langgraph, OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, ADI, Azure Service Bus, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Good understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
