This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.

We're seeking someone who can provide top-notch support to students aiming to pursue their master's degrees abroad, while also working closely with mentors and university selection teams to achieve our mission.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end processes for student subscriptions to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings
  • Work with individual stakeholders on the application process, including mentors, university selection teams, students, and parents
  • Develop strong relationships with customers from over 19 countries and understand their needs to help them achieve their goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and organizational skills, with experience in content editing/writing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and senior management
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to coordinate with team members and other departments
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes
