  • This individual will oversee the full development lifecycle - from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring seamless integration across teams.

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in architecting scalable applications while mentoring and leading a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive front-end applications.

  2. Oversee the full development lifecycle - from requirement gathering to deployment.

  3. Make architectural decisions and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.

  4. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Requirements:

  • Backend: 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

  • Strong grasp of REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems.

  • Frontend: 3+ years of experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.

  • Experience building responsive UIs and reusable components.

  • Leadership & Development:

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring tech teams.

  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.

  • Handling & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of developers.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, technical upskilling sessions, and provide performance feedback.

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams.

  • Delivery & Ownership:

  • Own the technical roadmap and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical challenges.

  • Continuously improve development processes and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Agile/Scrum exposure and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
