We're looking for a skilled RapidResponse/Kinaxis Consultant to participate in end-to-end business processes using the RapidResponse platform. As a key member of our team, you will refine and review technical changes on the RR tool, write test cases, and document results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Good knowledge of core RR authoring and analytics.
  2. Refine and review Technical changes on RR tool.
  3. Write the test cases, unit testing and capturing test results and document them.
  4. Support UAT and Hypercare.
  5. Follow agile practices in your project delivery.
  6. Adhere to best coding practices (authoring notes and comments).
  7. Support hiring, training and mentoring of new team members.
  8. Upskill on latest changes coming up on RR tool in terms of authoring and analytics.
  9. Basic domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory planning and Capacity Planning with constraints and yields is good to have for this role.
  10. System integration knowledge to connect with other enterprise or stand-alone systems (interfaces, connections, imports, exports).
  11. Coordinate with the Micron Operations Support teams as needed, to resolve user issues.
  12. RR tool knowledge on resources like workbooks, Automation Tasks, Forms and Scripts, Dashboards and Widgets.
  13. RR analytical knowledge (Netting, CTP, FLP etc.,) and the knowledge of Attribute Based Planning in RR.
  14. Good Programming skills with adequate knowledge on PL/SQL programming and Java.

Key qualifications include:

  1. 5-6 years in a Business or equivalent IT functional role, preferably in Supply Chain Sales & Operations or Business Planning (S&OP).
  2. 2-3 years using Kinaxis RapidResponse, namely in Authoring, Analytics, and Scripting.
  3. Experience in a manufacturing company, with a preference to the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
  4. Experience working with Cloud/SaaS applications.
  5. Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirements definition/process/design, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user testing, user training, and eventual deployment (software release).
  6. Understanding of how to perform software system modifications whether break/fix, enhancements, or implementation of new functionality.
  7. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology and practices, preferably in a software release planning & execution environment.
  8. Ability to perform in-depth systems design reviews and provide refined functional and/or technical specifications for modification work, resolve break/fix issues, system enhancements, or new (functional) implementations.
  9. Effective interpersonal skills to maintain productive relationships with business leaders and users/staff who use the RapidResponse system.
  10. Strategic and analytical thinker.
  11. Problem solver, timely decision maker.
  12. Capability to operate in a fast-paced and complex industry.
  13. Strong presentation and communication skills - oral and written.
  14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
