High-Performing City Operations Manager

Maiz Kitchens is a fast-growing movement that redefines the experience of fresh, high-quality, and crave-worthy food. We are seeking an experienced City Operations Manager to lead our city-level operations with a focus on product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end operations for all outlets in Mumbai & Pune, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality requirements.
- Lead and manage various functions across the city, including Operations, field HR, Training, and Maintenance.
- Build and nurture high-performing teams with a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence.
- Take full ownership of the city's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring revenue targets, margin improvements, and cost controls are consistently met.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, control operational costs, and improve bottom-line performance.
- Maintain top-tier customer service with excellent product ratings, consistent service speed, and food quality standards across all stores.
- Leverage operational and financial data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Central Ops teams to align city operations with business goals.
