Technical Expert - System-on-Chip (SoC) and Multi-chiplet Systems

  • Job Description:
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for key customers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Empower and guide customers on designing and deploying our technologies into their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of customized solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies to effectively advise customers on product development strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Skilled and experienced Senior Field Applications Engineer with strong technical expertise.
  • Ability to empower and guide customers through product development and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of system-on-chip (SoC) and multi-chiplet systems.
