About this Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Staff Analog Design Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 6-9+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal design and verification of silicon. Experience with SERDES, CDR, and PLL/DLL designs is required.

The role involves working with chip/system architecture, physical design, and design teams to implement SerDes, PLL, ADC, DAC, PMU modules, and data converters. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and refining specifications of micro-architecture, analyzing performance, power, and area tradeoffs, and making implementation choices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, verifying, and validating designs
  • Working with the layout team to provide necessary inputs for correctness of high-speed layout
  • Developing and refining specification of micro-architecture
  • Analyzing performance, power, and area tradeoffs, and making implementation choices

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • BSEE degree required, MSEE preferred
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent technical documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and self-starter
