Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control is highly desirable.

We use tools like Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel to monitor progress and ensure standards are met.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step by step action plans.
  • Solid client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years as Associate Project Manager.
