Hardware Engineering Expert

We are seeking an exceptional hardware engineering professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge hardware solutions that drive innovation and excellence.

  • Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative hardware products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electronics Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems and circuits.
  • Electronic Systems Design: Strong experience in designing and developing electronic systems, including circuit simulations and analysis.
  • Analog and Digital Circuit Knowledge: In-depth understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles, including circuit simulations and analysis.
  • High-Speed Microprocessors: Familiarity with high-speed microprocessor architectures and designs.
  • Circuit Simulations: Proficient in using circuit simulators such as Mentor Graphics, SPICE, PSPICE, and HSPICE.
  • Diagnostic Tools: Experienced in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, variac load resistors, AC/DC supplies, and PCB CAD software.
  • PCB Design and Manufacturing: Strong understanding of PCB design and manufacturing processes, including DFX methods and definitions.
  • Software-Firmware Coordination: Ability to collaborate with software and firmware teams on product and system designs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
