Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling backend systems, preferably in AI/ML-driven environments, and possess hands-on knowledge of concurrent systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.

The role requires a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as experience deploying applications on these platforms. Additionally, proficiency in building high-quality, maintainable code and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.

About the Role

  • Making architecture scalable to handle growing traffic and AI-driven workloads.
  • Building frameworks to monitor, improve, and optimize AI-backed systems.
  • Improving reliability, latency, and performance of both traditional and AI-enabled services.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and systems across engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience in scaling backend systems, preferably in AI/ML-driven environments.
  • Worked on microservices and event-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in concurrent systems.
  • Experience working with technologies like Kafka in building high-volume data pipelines.
  • Exposure to AI/ML model-serving, vector databases, embeddings, or real-time inference APIs is a plus.
