What You'll Do (and Love):

  • Design & scale backend systems and microservices that power real-time intelligence.
  • Craft clean, elegant, and blazing-fast code in Python
  • Build APIs that just work—RESTful and WebSocket for next-level experiences.
  • Tame big data with MongoDB optimizations that make our platform lightning fast.
  • Ship with confidence using Docker, AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate & innovate with a passionate team of engineers and product thinkers.
  • Take full ownership of features and solve complex problems like a pro.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–7 years of experience building scalable backend systems.
  • Python wizardry (and a love for clean, maintainable code).
  • MongoDB, Docker, and Microservices expertise.
  • AWS chops (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53—you know the drill).
  • API mastery—REST principles & WebSockets.
  • Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, performance tuning.
  • Startup DNA: adaptability, problem-solving, ownership mindset.
